Join Iowa PBS at The Warrior Hotel in Sioux City on November 17 at 6 p.m. for the premiere of Historic Buildings of Iowa: Sioux City. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with light refreshments. Iowa PBS Producer/Director Dan Bolsem will also share insights into the making of this documentary before the film begins at 6 p.m. in the ballroom. Open captions for the film will be provided. 

Journey to northwest Iowa to explore Sioux City, where rich heritage, historic architecture and cultural landmarks echo tales of early exploration and commerce along the Missouri River. The latest installment of Iowa PBS's architecture programs, this hour-long documentary explores the historic buildings and culture of northwest Iowa. Stops include the Battery Building, Historic 4th Street, Sergeant Floyd Monument, the Orpheum Theatre, the Peirce Mansion, the Rocklin Building, The Warrior Hotel, and the Woodbury County Courthouse.

Free parking is available in the lot directly behind the hotel and on the street after 5 p.m.
